One van, four counties, no showroom.

There is no office and no showroom. The van comes to you, the job gets done, and the certificate is emailed before we leave the drive. That is the whole business model, and it is why there is no call-out fee to add on top.

Sweeping is safety work. A flue that has not been looked at is a flue nobody can vouch for, and the consequences of getting that wrong are not inconvenience — they are carbon monoxide and chimney fires. So every visit includes an inspection and a draw test, not just a brush, and the certificate records what was actually found rather than what would be easiest to write.

You will get a straight answer about how often your chimney actually needs doing, including when the answer is less often than you expected. Most homes need one appointment a year. Wood burners in constant use, and anything burning unseasoned timber, want two. There is no version of this where telling you otherwise is worth the phone call it costs later.

Rural and hard-to-reach properties are welcome. Long drives, farm tracks, listed buildings and thatch are the normal week here, not the exception.
